BRADLEY K. WILLIAMSON

Bradley K. Williamson graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2002. From there, he went on to graduate from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in Richmond, Virginia in December 2005 where he focused his studies primarily on Family Law and Criminal Law Issues. In May 2007, Brad relocated to Bell County where he began his legal career as a family law and criminal defense attorney for one of the largest law firms in the area. In 2014, Brad opened the Bradley K. Williamson Law Office and has been providing quality legal services to the citizens of Central Texas since then. Brad has been proud to call Bell County his home since 2007 and is even more proud to represent the citizens of Central Texas in their legal matters. Brad has obtained a reputation as a tough litigator in the courtroom and has gained experience in jury trials and hearings throughout the Central Texas area. He has focused his practice in representing clients in all family cases, including Child Protective Services (CPS), divorces, child custody, appeals, criminal defense, and civil litigation.

Marcus is a Texas family law attorney dedicated to helping families navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions. His practice focuses on divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, enforcement actions, CPS matters, and adoptions. Marcus provides practical guidance, clear communication, and strong advocacy when clients need it most. Marcus brings nearly 20 years of experience working in Texas family law, child welfare, child support enforcement, and court administration. Before becoming an attorney, he worked with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Texas Office of Court Administration, gaining first hand insight into the challenges families face when navigating the legal system. After nearly two decades working alongside judges, attorneys, agencies, and families, Marcus became a licensed Texas attorney in 2025 and now brings that experience into private practice. He combines his years of experience inside the legal system with his role as an advocate for clients, helping them understand the process, evaluate their options, and make informed decisions as they work toward the best possible outcome. Marcus understands that family law cases often involve complicated legal, personal, and practical issues. He works to understand the full picture of each client’s situation and develops strategies tailored to their goals, circumstances, and long-term needs. With experience on multiple sides of the legal system, Marcus brings a practical, informed approach to helping clients navigate difficult decisions and move forward.
